UKSPF funding from April 2025 to March 2026 helped us to provide continued support and funding for four projects from the initial programme:
- Visit Lanarkshire campaigns have been awarded funding of £40,000 to develop and promote two campaigns to encourage visitors within the region.
- £1.4 million of capital funding has been invested into the continued redevelopment of the Strathclyde Country Park Watersport Building into a near net-zero Green Health Hub which will benefit the community and support tourism to the area.
- Support of £85,000 to VolunteerNL will enable the development and enhancement of volunteering opportunities within the local community in various areas and roles - see our Volunteer NL page on how to register.
- Community Empowerment NL will receive £360,000 of funding to provide grants to local community groups. Community Empowerment NL and Community Asset Transfer Support Fund.
