To report an issue you will need a mygovscot myaccount. This will allow you to request a range of services and keep track on the progress of your request. Furthermore if you have provided an email address you will receive updates by email.

We only deal with issues if they are within the boundaries of North Lanarkshire Council. You can report a number of issues including potholes, road markings road signage.

All issues will be inspected in line with our Risk Based Inspection Policy.  If the reported issue falls within our criteria for repair, it will be dealt with within 55 working days.
