To report an issue you will need a myaccount. This will allow you to request a range of services and keep track on the progress of your request.

We aim to remove syringes or broken glass within 24 hours of being reported during normal working hours 8am to 4.30pm. We will not uplift syringes or broken glass from private land or property. This is the responsibility of the land or property owner.
