Largely dry this afternoon with mainly cloudy skies. Staying mostly cloudy and dry this evening and tonight, though with the chance of some clearer breaks developing at times. Chilly where the cloud does break, with the chance of RSTs falling away close to or below zero with ice and hoar frost a risk. The low confidence is based upon uncertainties in the extent of any clear spells that develop. Dry and bright tomorrow morning.
