Additional information
- All one-off events in Community Facilities will be charged an additional £38.36 per event to cover set-up/clear-up costs.
- A discount of 20% will be applied to any booking over 8 hours of more than one bookable space.
- All groups with children under the age of 18 must be registered with the NLC Child Protection Database if requesting a regular let (one-off events are excluded unless you hold more than 4 per year).
- The definition of a hall is an area which can accommodate 90 people or more. Rooms can accommodate anything up to 89 people.
- Charges are based on hourly rates. Should part of an hour be used the full hour will be charged.
- Security Industry Approved Professional Stewarding required at all birthday parties aged 13 to 21 and large-scale functions without exception.
