We are developing a new Housing Asset Management Plan for 2026-2031 and we want to hear from you.

This sets out our vision and priorities for the management of housing assets to improve our tenants' homes. You can access the draft Housing Asset Management Plan (HAMP) document below.

Why your views matter

We are committed to investing in our homes so that they are affordable, safe and warm and in places people want to live. Managing our housing assets is critical to ensuring our homes meet the needs of people in our communities now and into the future.

Your views will help us:

  • Deliver quality housing to meet the needs of current and future tenants
  • Identify our investment priorities to improve the quality of our housing assets
  • Act on climate change to reduce fuel poverty and improve energy efficiency of our homes
  • Improve our data use to inform future investment and deliver service excellence
