Support available to help you make your complaint
We understand that some people find it difficult to speak up for themselves or that they may be unable to do so. This can make it harder to get particular points of view across or even listened to, and making a complaint can seem daunting.
If you would like to complain but feel unable to do so, we accept complaints from someone representing you. This can be a friend, relative, or an advocate, if you have given them your consent to complain on your behalf.
You can find out more about the work of an advocacy by contacting the Scottish Independent Advocacy Alliance.
