Fleet Asset Management Plan

The Fleet Asset Management Plan (FAMP) forms part of a suite of strategic documents that collectively define, guide, and enhance the management of the our assets. Developed in alignment with the Council’s Corporate Plan, it outlines North Lanarkshire’s aims and objectives for our fleet assets, ensuring they are managed effectively, efficiently, and in a way that supports the delivery of high‑quality services.
