Housing Technical Officer - Modern Apprenticeship
Housing Services are essential in providing comprehensive housing and technical support throughout our local communities.
For this apprenticeship you will work across North Lanarkshire maintaining and improving council housing stock and inspecting building maintenance while working with the public in a community setting. This apprenticeship may lead to a further two-year training programme, where you will be situated within Enterprise & Communities Services, working towards completing an HNC in Construction Management.
