Digital and IT - Modern Apprenticeships
Digital Applications
Digital Applications will enable you to expand your IT and digital knowledge. During this apprenticeship will join one of our Business & Digital teams where you will learn all about designing and developing engaging learning content and delivering and evaluating the impact of learning through a range of tools and technologies.
You’ll gain a greater understanding of digital design, IT safety and security and optimising digital IT system performance. After completing the apprenticeship you’ll gain an award in Digital Applications SCQF Level 6.
Data Analytics Technical
Digital Applications and Data Analytics Technical will enable you to expand your IT and digital knowledge. During this apprenticeship you’ll learn about System Security, Data Protection/GDPR, Testing, HR & Payroll processes & procedures, how to analyse and troubleshoot system issues and designing and developing workforce reports.
You'll gain a greater understanding of digital design, IT safety and security and optimising digital IT system performance. After fully completing this 18 month apprenticeship you will gain an award in Data Analytics Technical SVQ Level 4/SCQF Level 8 qualification.
Information Security Technical
Information Security is essential to any organisation. It is the practice of protecting the unauthorised use of information, including electronic data, and providing the appropriate safety measures.
Working within one of our Business & Digital teams you’ll learn the importance of safeguarding information whilst gaining valuable work experience within an IT setting. On completion of this 18 month apprenticeship you will have gained an Information Security Technical SCQF Level 8 qualification.
IT & Telecommunications Technical
As technology underpins everything we do, IT services are a core business function in the organisation and the work that they do helps our services run smoothly and efficiently across our communities. This technical Modern Apprenticeship in IT & Telecommunications will improve your understanding of IT support techniques and develop your problem-solving skills.
Working in one of our Business & Digital teams, you will spend time in a range of ICT areas, including application support, service delivery and infrastructure. After completing the apprenticeship you will gain an IT & Telecommunications Technical SCQF Level 8 qualification.
