Dementia-friendly health walks timetable

We are a Dementia Friendly Walking accredited health walks project, which means that a number of our walk leaders have completed dementia-friendly walk leader training and walk routes have been assessed to be dementia inclusive.
People with dementia and their carers are welcome on all our health walks. However, if you prefer to attend a dementia-friendly walk, please see the details below.
