Two councillors have been elected to serve on North Lanarkshire Council following by-elections on Thursday 10 October.

A public fireworks display will be held at Strathclyde Country Park on Tuesday 5 November.

Businesses are being encouraged to sign up to Credit Unions as employer partners following an event held at ACS Clothing at Eurocentral.

Tenant participation in our housing service continues to grow. This year we’ve seen a 35% increase in applications for our NL in Bloom Garden Awards; nine new tenants and residents’ groups established and in a first for the team, a gold accreditation award for tenant participation best practice. 

Electors in the Fortissat and Mossend & Holytown council wards are being reminded to use their vote in the by-elections on Thursday 10 October.
