EALR Stage 3 Consultation
A Pre-Application Notice (25/00593/PAN), was submitted on 28 May 2025 and was the first stage in the process of applying for planning permission.
We then held two rounds of Pre-Application Consultation in June and September 2025, where people could submit feedback on the design proposals, through a series of in-person events or online. These comments have been helping us inform the roads design, in advance of any planning application.
We intend to share an online summary of feedback received shortly.
