Advice and support on services for children and families

Intensive support for children and young people

For children, young people (including care experienced) and their families

What do we do?

We aim to support children and young people to thrive in their families and local communities.

We are absolutely committed to keeping families together whenever possible by providing a range of support which is flexible, responsive and relationship based to promote better outcomes for all.

Intensive services will listen to children, young people and families to ensure they are fully involved in their support.

Who is the service for?

Our service is for children, young people (including care experienced) and their families, with the age range being from pre-birth up until age 26 years.

The person-centred support can take many shapes and include:

  • individual work
  • group work
  • family work
  • practical, emotional, educational and health interventions

You will be treated with respect and understanding from a service which is committed to keeping families together.
