Grants Platform Testing
We are pleased to announce that selected CVS organisations have now been invited to test our new online grants platform. Organisations covering the areas of Kilsyth and Villages, Northern Corridor, Shotts and North Lanarkshire wide are invited to use the new online application form.
If your organisation has received an invitation email, please register as soon as possible. Organisations that have already completed the NLC CVS registration will be able to access their existing details by entering their registration number.
New organisations, or those who have not yet completed the registration form, will be guided to complete this step before progressing to the application task.
The platform replaces the traditional paper application and will streamline how organisations apply for funding.
The deadline for completing applications during this testing phase is **5.00 pm on Sunday 4 January 2026**. We recommend completing your application in early December while support is fully available.

Is this a real application or just a test?
This is a live application process. Any organisation submitting an application will be considered for funding.
What if we spot an issue with the platform?
Please contact the Grants Team as soon as possible so we can record and address the issue.
Can we still submit after the deadline?
No. The deadline of 5.00 pm on Sunday 4 January 2026 is fixed so we can move into assessment and scoring.
What if we have already registered previously?
Enter your NLC registration number when prompted and your details will appear automatically.
We are a new organisation — what should we do?
Answer ‘No’ when asked if you have a registration number, complete the registration task, then move on to the application.
Will support be available during the festive closure?
No live support will be available between 24 December and 5 January, so we recommend completing your application early in December.
