Keeping tenants, service users and other customers informed of our performance
The Annual Performance Report to tenants is designed to keep tenants, service users and other customers informed of our performance and how we are progressing towards meeting the outcomes of the Scottish Social Housing Charter (SSHC).
This latest annual performance report has been developed in partnership with a working group of tenant representatives and the North Lanarkshire Federation of Tenants and Residents.
The pages in this section show our performance over the range of outcomes for the SSHC over the last three years and compares our performance to the Scottish local authority average, highlighting our successes and achievements as well as identifying areas where improvements to the service are required or have been carried out.
The pages in this section detail our performance on the charter outcomes.
A booklet with a selection of the performance indicators has been produced by the working group. A copy of the booklet can be provided on request.
