Communities across our area will continue to see improvements in housing standards as we invest £314m in council homes.

Businesses in North Lanarkshire are invited to submit project funding bids for a £160 million Investment Zone to be created in the west of Scotland.

Throughout North Lanarkshire there are some adults who are more at risk from harm, due to illness, trauma and physical or mental health conditions.

Investment of £34m to improve the quality of our homes, £15m in benefits generated for tenants by housing income maximisers and delivering 539 new build homes – an increase of 150 in the previous year - are just some of the key areas highlighted in our Local Housing Strategy review.
