The charity Guide Dogs has benefited from the recent Reece Clarke Homecoming shows at Airdrie Town Hall by more than £10,000.

Around 200 participants, including local high schools, voluntary organisations and groups of friends, gathered for a special 7-a-side football competition at Ravenscraig Sports Facility on Wednesday 11 September to raise awareness about Suicide Prevention.

Winter season tickets are now available for Palacerigg and Lochview golf courses.

The wet summer didn’t dampen the spirits of this year’s ‘NL in Bloom’ tenant garden award entrants whose colourful creations brightened up local communities across the area.
