The Local Plan 2012 has been superseded by the North Lanarkshire Local Development Plan.
Our Local Plan
The North Lanarkshire Local Plan was adopted on 28 September 2012, formally published on 11 October 2012 and superseded on 6 July 2022.
Many of the policies were also supported by a range of Supplementary Planning Guidance documents (SPGs) which we are reviewing.
