Notice is hereby given that North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be to implement waiting and loading restrictions in order to improve the safety, maintain free flow of traffic, and maintain reasonable access to premises:

Any person wishing to make representations in support of, or raise an objection to, the proposals must do so in writing to the Chief Officer (Legal, Democratic and Strategy), North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or to the email address troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk no later than Wednesday, 29 July 2026 and must contain the name and address of the person making the representation/objection, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
