Introduction
The Annual Performance Report to tenants is designed to keep tenants, service users and other customers informed of our performance and how we are progressing towards meeting the outcomes of the Scottish Social Housing Charter (SSHC).
We developed the latest annual performance report with tenant representatives and the North Lanarkshire Federation of Tenants and Residents.
To accompany this report we have produced a video and a booklet with information on how we have performed compared to last year and against the Scottish local authority average.

The pages in this section show our performance over the range of outcomes for the SSHC, not only over the last year but over the full term of the Charter from 2013/14 to 2018/19, highlighting our successes and achievements as well as identifying areas where improvements to the service are required or have been carried out.
