The Stage 2 (Phase 2) consultation will help us complete the Stage 2 exercise.
At the end of Stage 2 the preferred option was confirmed.
Now that the preferred option is confirmed we will appoint a consultant to start the Stage 3 preliminary design work.
We will also start work on a planning application for the project and a business case to seek funding approval.
