The Stage 2 (Phase 2) consultation has helped us complete the Stage 2 exercise.

At the end of Stage 2 the preferred option was confirmed.

Now that the preferred option is confirmed we have appointed a consultant to start the Stage 3 preliminary design work.  

We have started work on a planning application for the project and will soon submit a business case for funding approval.
