We give one‑to‑one support. We help you become job‑ready, confident, and prepared for work. It doesn’t matter if you are long‑term unemployed, just left school or want a new challenge, we are here to support you.

Support you will get
You will be matched with a Routes to Work caseworker.
They can help with:
- CV writing
- interview skills
- training
- lots of extra support if you need it
Support continues after you start your job too - we help make sure you are happy and comfortable in your new role. Many people in North Lanarkshire have already used this service. They have found jobs, gained new skills, and built confidence for the future.
