Proposal of New Play Areas - Holytown & Mossend
The purpose of the engagement was to engage and consult with children on proposed new play areas in O'Wood Avenue in Holytown and King George V park in Mossend. The projects would be an upgrade to existing facilities.
How did it come about?
What was the outcome?
The children were keen to let us know their views and what activities they like to do in the play area. They were also given the opportunity to vote on the equipment they would most like to see in the upgraded play area.
The proposal is being developed through the Local Development Programme.
