Who are we?

Routes to Work is a charity helping residents of North Lanarkshire, to find employment to enhance their lives and achieve their goals. Since our organisation was founded, we have helped over 22,000 individuals gain employment and changed many more lives.

What do we do?

We offer free employability support, including 1-to-1 coaching, training and funding to gain industry specific qualifications to help you achieve your goals and move into work, training or education. We work with employers to get job vacancies that are designed with you in mind and are exclusively for Routes to Work clients.

What is our session about?

Our session is an interactive and informative session designed to give you knowledge on what you can do when you leave school to secure a positive future for yourself. We will give you inspiration on what your future can hold for you and how our service, can support you to achieve this. We will chat with you about the different steps of the journey to securing employment to what you can expect when you start work, further education or volunteering.
