Various Streets, Hareshaw, Cleland Proposed 20MPH Speed Limit Order

North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be implement a 20 miles per hour speed restriction on Various Roads, Hareshaw, Cleland as undernoted:

Greenhill Road, Hareshaw from its junction with Hareshaw Road, south eastwards for a distance of 133 metres or thereby.

Hareshaw Road, Hareshaw from its junction with Greenhill Road, westwards for a distance of 17 metres or thereby.

Wilson Road, Hareshaw from its junction with Hareshaw Road, northwards for a distance of 17 metres or thereby.

Full details of the draft Traffic Regulation Order, which form the proposed North Lanarkshire Council (Various Roads, Hareshaw, Cleland) 20 MPH Speed Limit Order, together with a statement of reasons and plans, along with plans for the Environmental Improvement Measures are available for inspection here or alternatively a hard copy is available for inspection during normal office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive, at the office of the Chief Officer of Legal and Democratic, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB.

Any person wishing to make representations or raise an objection on either of the proposals must do so in writing to the Chief Officer of Legal and Democratic, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or to the email address troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk no later than Wednesday, 15 February 2023 and must contain the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
