Various Streets, North Lanarkshire - Disabled Person's Parking Places Order

Notice is hereby given that North Lanarkshire Council propose to make the North Lanarkshire Council (Various Streets, North Lanarkshire) Disabled Persons’ Parking Places Order (“the Order”) in terms of the Disabled Persons’ Parking Places (Scotland) Order 2009 and the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to establish Disabled Persons’ Parking Places at the locations identified in this Notice. The effect of the Order will be to establish Disabled Persons’ Parking Places and to make it illegal to park any vehicle in any one of the Disabled Persons’ Parking Places detailed below, unless the vehicle is displaying an appropriate and properly authorised Blue Badge issued by a Local Authority:-
