Closed roads consultations

Notice is hereby given that North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be to implement waiting and loading restrictions in order to improve road safety throughout schools in North Lanarkshire on these roads:

Full details of these proposals, which form the proposed North Lanarkshire Council (Various Roads, North Lanarkshire) Waiting and Loading Restrictions Phase 3 Order are available for download or alternatively, a hard copy is available during normal office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive, at the office of the Head of Legal and Democratic Solutions, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB.

Any person wishing to object to the proposal must write to the Head of Legal and Democratic Solutions, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or by email to troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk no later than Wednesday, 14 December 2022. Objections must contain the name, address and contact details of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
